1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using HarborHQ (“Service”, “Platform”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.
HarborHQ is a multi-business management platform providing data integration and automation workflows. These Terms apply to all users, from individual developers to global enterprises.
2. User Conduct
As a user of HarborHQ, you agree to maintain the highest standards of professional conduct.
Acceptable Use

- → Responsible automation triggers
- → Respectful collaboration
Prohibited Actions
- → Unauthorized scanning or probing
- → Infrastructure disruption
- → Reverse engineering of core services
3. Intellectual Property
You retain all ownership rights to the data you import. HarborHQ maintains ownership of the platform's proprietary code, design systems, and underlying infrastructure. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Service under the terms of your subscription.
4. Liability & Warranty
HARBORHQ IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service during the 12 months preceding the event.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Any disputes shall be settled through binding arbitration in Nairobi, ensuring a professional and neutral resolution process.
